Load Range is a rating of the tires ability to handle horizontal side to side sway stress. Range C is stronger than Range B. For general use and shorter hauls we recommend less costly bias-ply tires. For heavier loads and/or trailers used over long distances, we recommend radial tires. Radial tires wear longer than bias-ply tires, provide a softer ride for your boat with superior high speed stability and have lower rolling resistance than bias-ply tires for improved fuel economy.
