Whitewater Express is setting up shop In Phenix City, Al.

Whitewater rafting is coming soon to Whitewater Columbus, Ga. and Phenix City, Al. on the Chattahoochee River. Whitewater Express, the outfitter for the Phenix City side which has the famous "Cutbait Rapids", is moving in a getting ready for the upcoming Chattahoochee River Whitewater park scheduled to kick off on May 25, 2013.
